Amanda Conner
"Having a background in sports and gymnastics, I have built a passion for mindful movement! Amanda is a certified Mat Pilates instructor bringing a fresh and passionate perspective to the practice. Her classes are all about helping you move with intention as well as building strength from the inside out. Besides Pilates, Amanda enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and cooking; anything outdoors really! Whether you’re brand new or getting back on the mat, Amanda is here to guide you with energy, alignment, and toward greater mobility
"Yoga Matt is absolutely the best fitness studio around. It is a perfect combination of class options and small group focus. The Bar classes here combine Bar moves with cardio conditioning and strength training. And there is a maximum of 10 people in a class insuring that each person gets lots of attention. The best part is that unlike other Bar classes, the Yoga Matt instructors make every class different and a fabulous workout. You won't ever get bored with the routine. In addition to great Bar class options, there is TRX, Kettlebell and Core, and of course Yoga. It's a perfect place for beginners just starting to get in shape or more seasoned veterans looking for a challenge. You won't be disappointed if you give it a try."

"Great instructors and great variety of classes/times available. It is a combination of yoga and TRX training. If you feel intimidated at the idea of working out, this is a great place to start. You can make the workout fit what you need. Definitely recommend!"

"I've been practicing yoga at Yoga MATT for over a year and I've really grown to love the community there. The classes are small and personalized. There are several different instructors with a wide variety of styles. Christine is very fitness focused and Meghan has a fun and energetic practice."

"I love everything about Yoga Matt!!!! I've been consistently working out here for over 4 years and the results are amazing. The classes are small and personalized with amazing instructors. I also get regular sport massages for my lower back issues which allows me to continue my workouts. Need retail therapy? They carry workout apparel at great prices. If you're looking for an amazing one stop fitness/massage/retail studio stop by and you will be hooked!"
-Patty W.
"The classes are small and personal. The trainers really take the time to come round to everyone and make sure they're doing the moves right. I really appreciate how the trainers take time to talk to you afterward if you have any questions, they're not just looking to teach their class and get out like I've seen at most big gyms. The TRX classes can't be bigger than 8 people and the yoga classes can't be bigger than 12. It's really personal and you get the attention you need if you're having problems with a move. You really get your money's worth."
